Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain products may be offered as subscription purchases. Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting info@myaquariumville.com.

Subscription orders that have already been billed, processed, or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Live fish, shrimp, snails, aquatic plants, and other perishable live products are not eligible for subscription purchase options unless specifically stated. These products are subject to AquariumVille’s Live Arrival Guarantee and all applicable store policies.

AquariumVille reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
