Culture Appearance After Shipping

Your culture may arrive looking messy if the container is tilted or turned upside down during transit. Culture medium may shift onto the sides or lid.

An extra deli cup and lid are included so you can transfer the culture into a clean container if needed. Allow the culture to settle after unpacking before harvesting.

Your culture ships from Louisville, Kentucky. Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies when you select an eligible shipping service and add the appropriate temperature pack when required.

• Below 40°F: Add a heat pack
• Above 85°F: Add a cold pack
