How it works
Heat packs activate when exposed to air and provide steady warmth inside the insulated box to reduce temperature drops in transit.

When to add a heat pack
• If your local temps (or the destination temps) are trending cold
• If your order contains live plants/cultures and you want extra protection
• Recommended for winter shipping and cold snaps

• This listing is an add-on and must be purchased with a live product order (plants/cultures).
• Heat packs can’t guarantee carrier performance or prevent all weather delays, but they greatly improve stability during cold shipping.
• We place heat packs with a barrier (not directly touching bags/containers) to prevent overheating.
