• Heat pack included when temperatures fall below 45°F
• USPS Priority Mail is required when temps fall below 40°F
• We may delay shipping during extreme weather conditions
• Someone must be available to receive the package at delivery
• Package must be brought indoors immediately upon arrival
• Any issues must be reported within 2 hours with clear photos
• Live arrival not guaranteed during extended sub-freezing conditions (below 20°F)

Our Springtails are aged to ensure that you have hundreds of eggs on arrival. It take about 14 days for the culture to experience its first boom.
