NATURAL MOPANI DRIFTWOOD

Mopani is known for its dense structure, distinctive grain and natural coloration. Its irregular shapes make it an excellent hardscape material for freshwater aquariums, shrimp tanks and planted aquascapes.

Its textured surface also provides an excellent area for natural biofilm growth and for attaching epiphytic plants and aquarium mosses.

BEFORE ADDING TO YOUR AQUARIUM

Mopani may naturally release tannins that tint aquarium water amber or brown. This is normal.

Rinse thoroughly before use. Soaking or boiling can help remove excess tannins before adding the wood to your aquarium.
