- Heat pack included when temperatures fall below 45°F
- USPS Priority Mail is required when temps fall below 40°F
- We may delay shipping during extreme weather conditions
- Someone must be available to receive the package at delivery
- Package must be brought indoors immediately upon arrival
- Any issues must be reported within 2 hours with clear photos
- Live arrival not guaranteed during extended sub-freezing conditions (below 20°F)
