Care Instructions

Hornwort does not have true roots, so it can be left floating or gently secured near the bottom with a plant weight. Avoid burying the stems in the substrate. Trim as needed to manage its fast growth; healthy cuttings can be kept as new plants.

As the plant adjusts to your aquarium, some shedding of its fine foliage may occur. Remove loose material during routine maintenance.
